HALF MOON TIMES

About the Paper

Someone, with judgment, selects what is worth your time.

The Half Moon Times is a curated publication. It exists to help people build a freer, fuller, more human life — through faith, family, home, health, community, useful skills, meaningful travel, and technology that enhances rather than replaces human experience.

It is not a political site, a generic news aggregator, an AI-branded feed, a luxury lifestyle site, a prepper site, or an ecommerce-first site. It is a journal of judgment. Editors read widely, choose little, and tell you why a thing is worth your evening.

Each story carries a Freedom Score — our editors' measure of how much a piece serves a freer and more capable life, broken into five parts: Pathway & Practical Value, Agency & Capability, Attainability, Human Flourishing, and Evidence & Credibility.

We summarize and point to original work. We do not reproduce it. Every story links to its source, named plainly, so you can read the whole thing yourself.

What we don't do

  • No automated feed. No infinite scroll.
  • No intrusive popups.
  • No pretending demo content is real journalism.
  • No replacing the human with the machine.
