Young Adults Build International Fellowship at Poland's Supraśl Monastery
From the Editors
In Poland, an international gathering brought dozens of young Orthodox Christians together at Supraśl Monastery for a week focused on communal prayer, theological discussion, and shared labor. Attendees from more than twenty countries participated in workshops spanning iconography and photography alongside service projects for the monastic community. The OCA report highlights how intentional, faith-centered travel can help young people build cross-cultural friendships and encounter a living tradition far beyond their local parishes.

The article demonstrates how structured international retreats foster spiritual maturity, genuine encounter, and active service. While international travel requires resources, church scholarships and organized fellowships make such formation attainable. It provides a grounded look at how intentional shared life strengthens local and universal faith communities.
